Managing Bookings

The Bookings page shows all your appointments.

Viewing Bookings​

  • See customer name, booked service, and booking date & time.
  • Upcoming and past bookings are displayed.

Canceling Bookings​

  • You can cancel bookings on behalf of customers.
  • When you cancel a booking, a 100% refund is automatically issued regardless of your refund policy.
  • Customers can also cancel via their confirmation email.

Notifications​

  • Both you and your customers receive notifications about bookings and cancellations.
